Turmoil

It was around 11:00 O’clock pm, or a bit late, when i was hearing constant noisy voice of firing. at the first i did not recognize if it is firing or anything else. But its continuation made me discomfort, since i had to work on my research and compile some new data. After a few minutes, i was ensured that there is some kind of regular fighting between security forces and Taliban or their sub-groups activists. Anyhow,  i heard today at the morning that the terrorists attacked on intercontinental hotel where most of official meeting and conference is taken. The BBC news,Telegraph,  AAN and some local news agency reported that at least 17 people, including 6 attackers and civilian guest at the hotel were killed.
Now, while we look at what is going on in this situation, it unconsciously reminds us the time in 1992, when Dr.Najibullah abondend power, and the left the country to hands of Mujahedeen. It also reminds us that now the Taliban is perfectly motivated and full of violent motive to do a large sort of genocide in the country again. At the moment, no one talk, want and think about democracy, instead all are think how to save themselves along with their family. The most significant question is now, what has led to such kind of turmoil and frustrated situation and who is responsible for, and what else is remained to do for avoiding the worst?

Street mine killed citizens

A few hours before, the explosion of a street mine,in Kotal-e Zardalow,Zardalow's bent killed more than 3 people, including some child. it is not the first, will also not be the last for killing and doing cruel action against innocent people. no one is responsible to resolve such a problem, secure people or save lives. the government of Afghanistan is the most unique unresponsive system in the history, as we have ever seen. as an instance, when journalist asks governor of a province of Ghazni where a violent conflict is going on, answer is very simple, yeh, oh the situation is not serious. it means that killing, burning ,evacuating and loosing countless properties are not serious matter for Afghan officials.
the Taliban, no matter under what justification, continue their violent campaign, Kuchis or whatever else. but the actual result is catastrophic consequences for citizens, the same time we see a widespread silence of people.i am really wondering for this contradiction.

The intentional silence

Men are killing, Homes are burning, the forays are continuing, the large quantity of residence are expatriating their homes, violence, violence the familiar concept is a common daily experience for large district/desert called Navor, but no national or international media voices to deescalate the violence between Hazaras and Nomads ( Kochis ) . The exceptional source resonated the violence was ANA. Likewise, the local bloggers and a paper raised the issue.
Now, the silence is questionable, why? Is the silence an appropriate solution? Does the ignoring policy work forever? As it seems the foreigner friends have been already convinced that Afghanistan is too much far away from what they wanted 9 years earlier. In contrary, the internal players, an specific circle within the system, also tried to make them (Afghan foreigner friends) accept the incorrigibility of this society, inevitably the only way left is dictatorship, monarch and ethnic hegemony in under acceptable title.it is the only dominant perception westerners have gotten during a decades involvement in Afghanistan. It is now that we can find the deepest policy on violence going on here.
Local voices are increasing; local bloggers like me are claiming on why silence, but my claim is why violence, now you have to actively participate on issues and increase these voices.

The conspiracy of " Death and life of OBL"

What is really happend to Osama's story during his born till 2th May 2011, when he was announced to be killed.
I also traced the roots of this conspiracy in my persian blog," Zehn Begana ",but wanna to mention one thing more here. what is that thing, actually is not more than the circulating of this kind of conspiracy to justify the extremism, fundemantalisms and terrorisms around the world. it means that by acceptance of this conspiracy or counting it as reality, fact and truth, we automatically justify the campaigns and perspecives of  Al-Qaeda, Taliban's, Hamas, Ahmadi Nejad and else one. i certainly believe that, the production and circulation of the conspiracy is done within the closed society and dectorship regims's country, rather than in open and democratic society.

Osama passed, what happens to Afghan conflict

As it announced officially that Osama Bin laden was killed, it really brought gross happiness to many Afghan citizens. even though i accompanied this wide spread enthusiasm with posting a short note in my Farsi blog, but in the same time explained my own view about the prospect of Afghan conflict. as i know, the the deep roots of conflict going on here is located within the the structure of Afghan society, rather than to out of that. any how, the OBLs only could misuse the existing dynamics of this reality within the afghan society. now, the most visible feature of the conflict seems to be the ethnic issues. based on this perspective, it urges once again that structural and cultural characteristics of conflict must be transformed. i still emphasize on historical, cultural and structural facet of afghan conflict, which was only mixed with international terrorism recently. ethnicity and ethnic factor of Afghan conflict is very important. the global community,in the top the United states has to realize the ethnic essence of Afghan conflict. the only way to overcome is resorting to democratic ways of power sharing and paving the war for all ethnic groups participation in power. if we still emphasize on minority and majority groups, which in reality does not exist, we just empower the dynamics of conflict.

A shocking report

When i heard, at the first from BBC news( 6:30 pm... Kabul time ) and then read the Report  and a short comment on Reuters , i was really shocked, but eventually begin to reflect on what is going to be happen in Afghanistan conflict transformation project. the first step was  terminological changes beginning exactly when interim administration established in 2001. the Taliban become, freedom fighters , angry brothers and recently  according Strick van Linschoten and Kuehn report , even counter terrorist group. one who are living in Afghanistan, and lived under Taliban regime rule knows better the structure, vision and policy of Taliban, but those who want to disseminate a Pseudo-picture which obviously is not real.
I hope we have a critical comment on this kind of research which is not based on reality. the first thing that i can guess is sacrificing the values of Human rights, democracy and freedom of speech . the eventual target will not be any thing else, except implementing the evil policy such as assumption behind the report on University of new York.
